Own and build the finance function—establishing financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI trackingServe as a strategic partner to leadership, offering data-driven insights to guide company growthManage cash flow, financial planning, and analysis to ensure a healthy and scalable businessCreate structure and accountability around financial operations without adding unnecessary bureaucracyOversee financial controls and ensure compliance, but without a corporate-heavy mindsetCollaborate cross-functionally with teams to support operational efficiency and business goalsWhat We’re Looking For
