Job Summary:

Lakeview Hospital is seeking an inpatient Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join an established Behavioral Health department in Bountiful, Utah.

Qualified Candidates:

• Completion of Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner training
• Eligible for Utah licensure
• Provide coverage for adult behavioral health unit and inpatient consultations
• Two week on/two week off schedule
• Join a collaborative team of providers
• Call rotation 1:4 or better
