  • Position / Specialty: Medical Surgical RN
  • Shift: 3x12 Nights (1845-0715)
  • Avg. Daily Census: 22 patients
  • Years of experience REQ: Minimum 2 years' experience required
  • First-timers accepted: No
  • Weekend REQ: Will work every other weekend
  • Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Will float to other units within scope as needed
  • Open to accommodating block schedule? Discuss schedule requests with manager
  • Locals accepted: Yes- no radius
  • Must have active IL license in hand to apply
  • RTO Restrictions: Ideally no more than 5 days
  • Guaranteed Hours: Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without paying for the cancelled hours.

  • Required Cardiac Monitoring and Emergency response Skills/Experience: Telemetry- remote monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams
  • Required Gastrointestinal Case Skills/Experience: Colostomy Care, Feeding tube care and management
  • Required Genitourinary/Renal Case Skills/Experience: Pre/Post Hemodialysis Management, Renal failure
  • Required IV therapy/Phlebotomy Skills/Experience: Blood Product Administration, Central line blood draw, Peripheral Line Care/Management, PICC line management, Starting IVs
  • Required Medication Skills/Experience: Heparin, Insulin, PCA
  • Required Neurological/Psychiatric Case Skills/Experience: Spinal cord injuries
  • Ortho trauma experience required
  • Experience with surgical drains required
  • Required Respiratory Case Skills/Experience: CPAP/BiPAP, High Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC), Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oral suctioning, Oxygen face masks, Portable Oxygen tank, Pre/Post Thoracic Surgery, Tracheostomy Management
  • Required Professional Knowledge and Skills: Isolation Precautions, Wound Care/Wound Vac
