    Certification Details
  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • NBSTSA - National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting
    Job Details
  • Vascular CST
  • Must be able to scrub complex vascular cases
  • On-call required: 8-9 call shifts per month, including one weekend
  • Holiday call may be required
  • Years of experience required: 2
  • First-timers accepted: Not preferred
    Job Requirements
  • Certifications required: NBSTSA and BLS
  • Required: Radiation badge
  • Open to accommodating block schedule: Requires manager's approval upon request
  • Local radius rule: 60 miles
  • Locals accepted: Yes, on a case by case basis at 10% less than the posted bill rate
  • RTO Restrictions: all RTO must be provided at the time of submission
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: 3x12s 630am-7pm (shifts will be scheduled per unit needs, Monday-Friday. 36 hours/week)
    Unit Specific Information
  • Facility able to call off traveler 1 shift per 2 weeks (pay period)
    Additional Details
  • Qualivis: Attestation required confirming work eligibility in the US and that Agency Staff does have a completed and accurate I-9 form on file
  • Copy of Driver's License Required
  • Copy of Social Security Card is required
  • AHA only. RQI acceptable.
