Key duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with consideration of age-specific needs. Clinical decisions are made using evidence-based knowledge and advanced clinical skills. Additionally, the RN supports the development and guidance of non-RN team members, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries, through effective planning, direction, and education. 1 + Years of Experience - Required BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required Must float to all units within skill level - Required Profile Requirements: Work history Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State License Requirements: Ohio Additional License Requirements: Must be active!
