Key duties include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care with consideration of age-specific needs. Clinical decisions are made using evidence-based knowledge and advanced clinical skills. Additionally, the RN supports the development and guidance of non-RN team members, including LPNs, PCTs, and Unit Secretaries, through effective planning, direction, and education. 1 + Years of Experience - Required BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required Must float to all units within skill level - Required Profile Requirements: Work history Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty Certification Requirements: ACLS (AHA) BLS (AHA) State License Requirements: Ohio Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Location: Lima, OH Start: 3/4/2025 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift Type: Days Shift Times: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM Hours/Day: 12 Shift Notes: 36 Hour Guarantee Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend On Call Requirements: No Call Nonbillable Hours: 8 hours References not Required at time of submission OT/Holiday/Call back Markups: 1.25x Regular rates All Travelers will be expected/required to float to units within their scope of practice and skill set. Should a traveler refuse to float, Lima reserves the right to send traveler home without pay for the entire work week.
