*-Masters Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling (or other related field)*

*-Must be eligible for Licensure (CSW, LPCA, LPCC, LMFT, etc.)* (applicants looking to schedule there CSW test may still apply)

-Ensure compliance with contract guidelines

-Completing face-to-face intake

-Provide screening and assessment services

-Identifying treatment needs

-Provide ongoing treatment services to clients

-Formulate treatment recommendations

-Develop a comprehensive assessment-driven treatment plan
