*Position Summary:*

Under supervision, the Therapist I provides individual, group, family and/or couples therapy and collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive treatment to the client and their family. The float role will provide back-up coverage across sites, or in a virtual format, within a specific geographic region. Back-up coverage will be utilized to support planned or unplanned PTO, as well as coverage during recruitment for open roles as needed.

*Schedule: *

Full time - 40 hours/week

M-F, 8am-5pm

Supporting all levels of care: Residential, IOP and PHP

*Qualifications:*
* Master’s degree in a behavioral sciences field with pre-independent licensure, working toward independent licensure
* Individual, family, and group psychotherapy experience required
* Provisional or Associate licensure required
* Must have valid driver’s license and be authorized to drive
* Current Basic Life Support certification required (American Heart Association) within 14 days from date of hire
* DBT, CBT, FBT experience preferred
* Eating Disorders treatment experience preferred
* Computer proficiency required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
