Heritage is looking for a *PRN OT* to help cover evaluations, recerts, and discharges during an FMLA period.

Coverage is needed at both our *Hermitage location and Sharon location* (Clepper Manor) however is able to allow for flexible scheduling.

The *compensation rate* for this position starts at $55/hr

_Job Description_

- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients

- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports

\*\*Experience:\*\*

- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings is preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
