Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN

Woodland Manor, a skilled nursing facility, is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. In this role, you will provide therapy services that enhance independence, improve patient functioning, and support residents in achieving their best quality of life.

Responsibilities:

Implement individualized treatment plans as established by the primary Occupational Therapist.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to develop therapy programs tailored to each patient’s needs and capabilities.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to support therapy goals.
Conduct evaluations to gather data for treatment planning and establish both short-term and long-term goals.

Qualifications:

Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) or Associate’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
