*Job Overview*
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to oversee nursing operations within our branch. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of patient care, particularly in hospice or home health settings and geriatrics. This role requires a commitment to enhancing patient outcomes through effective management of nursing staff, resources, and systems.

*Responsibilities*
* Lead and manage nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to clinical protocols.
* Oversee the implementation of patient care plans, ensuring they align with best practices and regulatory standards.
* Conduct utilization reviews to assess the appropriateness of services provided.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and streamline processes.
* Maintain accurate documentation within electronic health record systems, such as Epic, Meditech, Home Care Home Base, Hospice MD, etc.
* Provide guidance on wound care procedures and other clinical interventions as needed.
* Monitor compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols.
* Facilitate ongoing training and professional development for nursing staff.

*Experience*
* A valid nursing license with extensive experience in a clinical setting, preferably in hospice/home health setting or geriatric care.
* Proficient in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic, Meditech, Home Care Home Base or Hospice MD.
* Demonstrated experience in utilization review processes and medical office operations.
* Strong background in patient care management with the ability to lead a team effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact positively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
* Management or Supervisory experience in a health care setting.
