*MedAdventures* is looking for a *Physical Therapist Assistant *to join our partner's full-time team in the *South Boston, VA* area.



This is a 13 week contract to hire opportunity with healthcare, vision. dental benefits and a 401K with a 4% match.



*Compensation and Schedule for the PTA:*
* Target hourly pay rate is flexible, dependent on experience, likely up to $40/HR
* Comprehensive benefits plan
* Flexible Schedule, 40-hour week



*Key Responsibilities for the PTA:*
* Working with other professionals, provide screening and evaluation for residents, establishing individual treatment programs, and providing results to residents, families, and caregivers

*Key Requirements for the PTA:*
* 0-2 years of experience as an PTA
* Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is ideal
* Experience working with senior populations and families/caregivers
* Knowledge and experience assisting in the creation of treatment plans
* Current and Valid PTA License
* Associate’s Degree
