The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is looking for an Information Systems Analyst to join our Information Systems team in Bridgeton, NJ. In this position, you will support our healthcare network by analyzing, designing and optimizing solutions to enhance healthcare delivery. This position focuses primarily on EPIC systems but allows opportunities to work across a variety of IT systems, applications and platforms. *Responsibilities:*
* Collaborate with diverse teams, including clinical and operational staff, to design, test and enhance system functionality
* Identify opportunities to improve workflows, troubleshoot issues and recommend innovative solutions to meet organizational goals
* Provide IS support and guidance to improve workflows, outcomes and overall patient and customer satisfaction at all locations
* Ensure the accuracy, integrity and security of data within our systems and perform data analysis and reporting as required
* Develop and execute test plans to ensure the reliability and performance of software applications
* Properly utilize customer service software and adhere to all policies and procedures
* Provide daily on-call support as necessary

*Qualifications: *
* Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or other related field preferred
* 3+ years of experience in healthcare preferred with knowledge of system analysis, software development or IT support
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users
