The region’s leading network of healthcare providers, Inspira Health, is seeking a *Laboratory Technician* to join us on the night shift at Inspira Medical Center Mullica Hill, located in Mullica Hill, NJ. *Responsibilities:*
* Perform diagnostic testing on patient samples and analyze test results for accuracy, acceptability and critical limits
* Calibrate laboratory instrumentation, complete preventive maintenance, troubleshoot malfunctions and evaluate new equipment and techniques
* Perform, evaluate and record quality control and institute corrective actions
* Take part in proficiency sample testing
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, medical staff and the public



*Qualifications: *
* Bachelor of science in medical technology or related field; or high school graduate with 50-week military training as medical lab specialist; or graduate of an approved medical laboratory or clinical laboratory training program
* 1 to 3 years of clinical laboratory experience preferred
* MLT (ASCP) or ability to obtain within 12 months
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
