Behavioral Health Technician Driver (BHT)

Location: York, PA
Hourly Rate: $15/hour
Schedule: 11am-7pm

Employment Status: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking dedicated Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to support our clients and staff. The BHT is an integral part of our clients' well-being and our daily operations, providing frontline support and ensuring the smooth running of daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the intake process for new clients.
Communicate with staff verbally and through written logs, maintaining detailed client records.
Listen to clients and maintain a safe, orderly, and therapeutic environment, including crisis intervention.
Coordinate activities such as lectures, recreation, and meetings.
Conduct mandatory bed checks and complete bed-check sheets for shift reporting.
Ensure client schedules are followed daily.
Follow treatment plan objectives.
Monitor the medication line.
Transport clients to meetings and recreational activities.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license.
