Position Summary:

Reporting to the Logistics Manager, the Logisitcs provides care and support in pulling orders, organizing/prepping orders, creating displays, creating compliance labels, shipping orders, and abiding by policies, procedures, and operational guidelines. This position is responsible for properly pulling orders, prepping orders, staying organized, shipping them to buyers, while assuring quality control to expected company standards and ensuring a safe work environment.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure compliance with METRC and State regulations.
  • Exhibit competency in basic organizational skills, communication skills and windows based operating software.
  • Manage time efficiently to meet goals while consistently producing quality work.
  • Housecleaning: Sanitation & cleanup of all work areas throughout the day to promote a safe, clean, and effective work environment.
  • Pull and prepare products for delivery.
  • Maintain quality control skills to assist with quality assurance of packaged products.
  • Operate pallet jack, safely to assist in daily production tasks.
  • Maintain further skills to operate production equipment and machinery safely, accurately, and efficiently.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by manager.

Knowledge, Experience, and Education:

  • 1- 2 years minimum experience in regulated cannabis cultivation preferred.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Employee must exhibit good personal hygiene.
  • Weekend availability when required.
  • Requires some computer/office tasks such as typing.
  • Organizational Skills.
  • Inventory knowledge.
  • Shipping and Receiving knowledge.
