Since our debut in 2021 at Malcolm Yards Market, we've expanded to a second location on Nicollet Avenue in 2022. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Asian cuisine, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence and tradition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food Preparation: Execute menu items according to recipes and standards, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Station Management: Efficiently manage assigned stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Quality Control: Monitor food stock and handle ingredients with care, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness.
• Safety and Sanitation: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience as a Line Cook in a fast-paced restaurant setting is preferred.
• Culinary Knowledge: Familiarity with Asian cuisine, particularly Korean dishes, is a plus.
• Skills: Strong knife skills, proficiency in various cooking techniques, and the ability to follow detailed recipes.
• Attributes: Team player with excellent communication skills, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
