This is a hands-on, customer-facing role designed to ensure the success of our pre-sales motion as we deploy Mintlify at scale.You'll be building out custom components, answering product questions, and communicating customer feedback to the rest of the team. This role works cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and our CEO.Solutions Engineer requirements:

You've been a sales engineer, software engineer, or have worked in customer success - you need just to have worked directly with customers previously.

You've worked with the usual suspects (HTML, CSS, Javascript).

You're comfortable with prompt engineering and have experience with AI/ML applications.

You have an eye for design and a knack for the details - we help customers transform their current docs experience into an enjoyable content management platform.
