A well-established and highly profitable global freight company is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, build client relationships, and expand market share in the freight forwarding industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client relationship management.
- Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Negotiate and apply freight rates, including actual, chargeable, and volumetric weights.
- Read, interpret, and analyze data analytics effectively.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in international freight forwarding.
- Freight expertise: skilled in negotiating and applying freight rates.
- Technical proficiency: proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Organizational skills: strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Geographical knowledge: familiarity with domestic and international geography.
- Language proficiency: fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
