Core Responsibilities:

Support Project Managers with cost reporting, budget management, and change order documentationHandle contract compliance documentation and regulatory requirementsProcess accounts payable/receivable and manage vendor/client interactionsCoordinate insurance certificates and project bonding requirementsEnsure safety compliance through collaboration with project teams and Safety ManagerManage client invoicing, lien waivers, and accounts receivable collectionsParticipate in client meetings and project team communicationsWork with corporate Accounting and HR to support regional operationsContribute to company-wide initiatives and process improvements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field plus 2 years geotechnical construction experienceOR-

Equivalent combination of education and experience
