Job Details5+ years development or operations experience working with cross functional teams2+ years contributing to or leading DevSecOps projects and/or Kubernetes deploymentsSolid understanding of containers and container security with hands on experienceExperience with one or more of the following programming languages: Python, Java, C++

NEED:Minimum DOD 8570 IAT Level II Certification, requiring one of the following: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP. Will consider candidate willing to obtain one of the above certifications within 90 days of employment.Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher

Responsibilities:

Work with a team to develop sophisticated DevOps/DevSecOps solutions within an Agile Project Management framework for a DOD mission critical program of recordWork with cross-functional teams and across stakeholders to build a software factory platform that enables a DevSecOps transformationHave working knowledge of Kubernetes, CI/CD and VMWare

Desired Skills and Experience:

Experience deploying RKE2 to an on-prem infrastructure ideally with TerraformUnderstanding of how to auto-scale nodes, pods and containersIdeal candidate understands how to make on-prem infrastructure elastic and highly available possessing similar attributes to Cloud environmentsInfrastructure as Code (IaC) with mix of Helm charts, Dockerfiles, Terraform, Ansible, Bash and YAMLExperience in gathering metrics/logs from Kubernetes clustersDevSecOps Toolchain: Jira, Confluence, Jenkins, BitBucket/Git, Nexus/Artifactory, Fortify, Anchore/Grype, Maven, jUnit, Terraform, AnsiblePaaS: Kubernetes (RKE2)/Helm, Longhorn/Fleet, Docker, RHEL, Chef Inspec, Keycloak, Prometheus and Grafana
