You Will

Develop and execute plans for the efficient use of materials, machines, and personnel to achieve departmental goals and objectivesModel leadership best practices to build a strong, motivated, and engaged team within a positive work environmentTroubleshoot and utilize root cause analysis techniques to develop robust permanent actions for customer complaints and internal production issuesManage daily priorities within the department, ensuring safety, quality, and performance standards are metUphold safety, GMP, ISO, SPC, and other quality standardsDrive operational excellence within the department, championing a culture of continuous improvement

You Have

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, or a similar technical area; OR, three to five years related experience and/or training; OR, equivalent combination of education and experience.Minimum of 2 years experience leading a team in a manufacturing environment.Willingness to assist with technical troubleshooting as well as operate production equipment through relief periods as needed.Strong leadership, social, and interpersonal skills to be able to lead effectively, relate to team members, and motivate individuals.
