As they scale, they’re looking for a visionary leader to define their analytics strategy and drive data-informed growth.What You’ll Do:Mentor and grow a team of data scientists and analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and impact.Leverage statistical modeling and machine learning to forecast business trends, optimize pricing, and enhance customer experiences.Design, implement, and analyze experiments to measure the impact of product changes, marketing campaigns, and operational improvements.Define frameworks for data governance, quality, and infrastructure to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of insights across the company.Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to develop key metrics, analyze performance, and provide actionable recommendations.Oversee the development of automated dashboards and self-service analytics tools to empower teams with real-time insights.What We’re Looking For:10+ years of experience in data analytics or data science, including 5+ years in leadership roles.Strong background in predictive analytics, statistical modeling, and A/B testing methodologies to drive data-driven decision-making.Expertise in SQL, Python, or R, with experience in BI tools like Looker, Tableau, or Sigma.Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive measurable business impact.Experience working cross-functionally and influencing executive stakeholders.Background in B2B SaaS or travel industry is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.Seniority level
