Schedule: Monday Friday, 32 hours/week
- Hours: 8:00 AM 12:30 PM, 1:00 PM 4:30 PM (4 days/week)
- No Call Required

- Patient Load: 3-4 patients per hour

- Support Staff: 1 Medical Assistant & 1 Medical Secretary
Requirements:
- MD/DO with completed Family Medicine Residency Required
- Active & up-to-date CSR and DEA Required
