• Setting: Outpatient Community Health Clinic FQHC
• Typical cases: Colds, coughs, flus, Acute Care, Chronic Care, Wellness/Preventative Care
• Average 16-22 patients per day
• All ages
• EMR: EClinicalworks
• Staff: Another MD and NP, front office, RN, LVN s, MA s
• Will our provider be required to supervise: No
• Credentialing Timeframe: 1-2 week
• Requirements: Board certified/eligible, CA license, DEA, BLS
