Location: near Merced, CA

Start Date and Length of Assignment:

• ASAP-Ongoing (3 month min.)
• 8 or 10hr Shifts open M-F 8a-8p Sat/Sun 10a-6p (Accepting Flexible Schedules)
• 3-5 days/week

• Patient Volume: 20 - 22
• Ages seen: All ages
• EMR: Nexgen
• Support Staff: LVN, MA s, Mid-levels
• Credentialing: 2-3 weeks
• Require: Board certified/eligible, CA license, DEA, CPR
