Job Description
Locums - Berlin, Vermont, Geriatrics Opening Clinical Role:
    • Do you know someone that might be a good fit for this position? Please ask about our generous referral fees!
    • Looking for 1 MD with Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine with preference of Geriatric experience, however not required
    • Starting late January/ early February for 3 - 6 months
    • Hours are 8 - 5, Monday - Friday
    • Description of Work Assignment: Provide quality care to patients in a nursing home setting
    • Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: M - F
    • Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work/ Shift Hours: M - F 8 - 5 preferred or could consider M - TH 8 - 5
    • On Call - Negotiable
    • Procedures Provider Will Be REQUIRED To Perform: Admissions, discharges, acute evaluations, 30 days evaluations
    • Patient Load: 8 - 12 patients per day
    • Provider Particular Fellowship: Geriatrics
    • Will Accept Experience Over Fellowship
    • Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): Family Medicine or General Internal Medicine or Geriatrics
    • BLS - Required
    • Additional Support Staff
    • Working with APP's and MDs
    • Mid Levels: Locums will not be responsible however an APP may need to consult with them
    • EMR System: Point Click Care and EPIC
