• Surgical oncology fellowship required
• Open Dates: June 2023 - October; possibly longer
• Desired Schedule: Clinic Hours: Mon - Fri, Hours: 8a-12p or 1p-5p, 1-2 days per week in OR
• Average Patients per day: 10-15 clinic
• General Surgery Call available but not required; avg 3 calls per month
• Need providers who can offer block availability 2 weeks on; 2 weeks off
• Active CT License or IMLC
