Locums - Sarasota, Florida, Radiology-Diagnostic/Interventional/Mammography JobClinical Role:

    • Duration: Until vacancy is filled
    • Schedule: M - F 7a - 4p or 9a - 6p + IR Call 8a - 8a M - F
    • Shifts: Minimum 10 shifts per month
    • Setting: Inpatient
    • Privileges: 120 days
    • Required Procedures:
      • Stereo Breast Biopsies
      • Needle Localizations
      • DX and Screening Mammos
      • US Breast bx
      • Abscess Drains
      • Lumbar Punctures
      • Paracentesis
      • Thoracentesis
      • Various other bx
    • IR Volume: 4 cases per 24 hrs
    • Mammo Volume: 5 cases per 24 hrs
    • Percentage of Modality Split: CR - 46% CT/CTA - 36% IR - 1.9% MG - 3% MR - 3% US - 8.6% NM/BMD/FL 1.5%
    • RVUs: 6/HR
    • Support Staff: Team - Hospital Rad Techs and Envision CSR support staff
    • Light IR procedures and MQSA Required
    • Proficient reading most DX modalities
    • Will take a full IR provider if they have Mammo/MQSA
    • Beds in Facility: 404
    • EMR: Meditech
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active FL License - Required
    • DEA - Required
