• Shift Length: 6a-6p
• Patient Volume: 6-10 patients per day
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR): EPIC
• Trauma Level: IV

Qualifications/Requirements

• License: MI
• DEA: Required
• Board Certification: NA
• Life Supports: BLS and ACLS
• Covid/Flu Vaccination: Both are required. TB test must be Quantiferon within 30 days of first shift
