- Procedures: arthroscopy, total joint replacement, hip, knee, joint revision or repair, shoulder, hand, tendon release/repair, peripheral nerve surgery
- Support Staff: 24hr APP support for floor and OR
- Supervision of APP's required
- Requirements: MT license or IMLC, BC/BE
- Credentialing: 90 days
