  • Must be Board-Certified or Board-Eligible
  • Other Details: The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. There are an average of 30 patients per shift. The position requires performing transforaminal epidural steroid injections, facet joint injections, and radiofrequency ablations. While not mandatory, experience with spinal cord stimulators (trials and placements) and peripheral nerve stimulators (trial and placements) is preferred. Supervision of APPs will depend on the ability to recruit appropriate APP coverage. A pain fellowship is required, and residency training can be in anesthesia, physical medicine & rehabilitation, or neurology. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
