Description:
Our client has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst, who is responsible for analyzing software deployment workflows, and software cataloging processes, to support software delivery improvement initiatives and a software catalog migration to ServiceNow
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree is a plus
Experience with ServiceNow
Familiar with the software lifecycle
Software delivery and deployment experience
Experience with Requirements gathering
Information Technology background is a plus
Responsibilities:
Documenting current state processes
Documenting software packaging and deployment requirements
Support packaging and deployment improvement initiatives to reduce time to delivery and increase deployment success rates
Perform analysis on the current software catalog and define current data format/types in use
Support migrations from legacy software catalog to ServiceNow
