Job Summary: The Production Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery of products. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing resources, and optimizing production processes to meet customer demands and company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, inventory levels, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure materials and resources are available for production.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address any delays or issues.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to communicate production status and delivery timelines.
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize waste.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the production process.
• Prepare and present reports on production performance, capacity utilization, and schedule adherence.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in production planning, preferably in the packaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of production planning software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
