Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse (RN) in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring timely and effective communication with healthcare teams.

Requirements:

• 2-year recent experience as a full-time equivalent RN in the last 3 years.
• Current WI or Compact State Nursing License (#427862).
