Summary:

Manage all patient meal services operations, ensuring high-quality food service experiences.

Develop and implement an electronic menu system to streamline services.

Build effective relationships with departments to provide seamless food service experiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• 5-8 years of management experience in large-scale/high-volume food service operations
• Serv-Safe Certification (preferred)
• Working knowledge of 3rd party patient satisfaction companies
• Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
• Excellent customer service skills (preferred)
