environmental law, labor and employment, land use, eminent domain, and constitutional law , this firm is where top legal minds thrive.Key Responsibilities:Refine attorney recruiting strategies, policies, and procedures.Manage the recruiting brand, including social media presence.Develop information-sharing systems for attorney recruitment and retention.Maintain recruiting metrics, diversity initiatives, and retention reports.Partner with HR to facilitate offer letters and onboarding for summer associates and laterals.Travel to multiple offices as needed.Work extended hours as necessary.Professional Development Focus:Implement innovative learning programs.Conduct needs assessments to enhance professional training and development.Plan comprehensive training, mentoring, and inclusion programs.Qualifications:Experience as a Director of Attorney Recruiting , with at least 8

years in law firm recruiting .Bachelor’s degree; professional certification in
