Consilio’s client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Corporate-Transactional, IP Attorney to join their team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will provide essential legal support to the existing legal department, handling a wide range of corporate, transactional, and intellectual property (IP) matters.Key Responsibilities:Support the legal department with various corporate, transactional, and IP legal needs.Advise on and assist with ongoing and upcoming projects, contracts, and legal matters.Assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, including corporate and IP-related documents.Contribute to the shaping of the role based on the unique expertise and background of the candidate.Qualifications:Significant experience in corporate, transactional, and IP law.Background in technology, manufacturing, aviation, or military-related industries is a big plus.Strong ability to handle a wide range of legal matters and support the legal team in various capacities.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
