Job Summary:

HRmango is hiring a full time Inventory Control Clerk for a growing production warehouse in West Valley City, UT. This is a full-time position working in the office Mon - Fri from 8 am - 5 pm. This important role plays a critical part in the tracking and data entry of all materials in an ERP/SAP system. This includes simple material updates, and mass changes in accordance with the data coming from each of the countries, and coming from multiple departments such as Product Management, Finance, Sales, Purchasing and IT. This role is primarily focused on USA locations, however, will also support some of the international locations.

This individual will need to have strong data entry skills and strong Excel skills. You will work as the demand analyst to collect data, define problems, establish facts and reports, and draw valid conclusions using the SAP system.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred and 3+ years related experience
• Experience working in SAP systems
• Strong statistical, accounting or business analytics skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to interpret and summarize complex and large data sets. Ability to formulate actionable reports using excel and statistical knowledge
• Ability to formulate and interpret statistical data into meaningful reports, metrics, and performance dashboards
• Experience with Excel is mandatory for this position

Major responsibilities include:

• Collect all associated product / material data from multiple locations and enter it into the system
• Reviews issues and email requests regarding the demand and current status of all materials.
• Analyzing, reporting and improving forecast accuracy both at the detail and aggregate level.
• Establish regular trend analysis review to challenge and improve forecast accuracy
• Responsible for entering forecast in demanding planning software
• Monitor and report performance metrics, reports, and SAP data to drive improvement plans or corrective actions.
• Develop and produce monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports and metrics. Also responds to custom reports and queries find root-cause and solutions to problems.
• Maintain records and source list, loading new purchase prices from vendors, and conducting yearly commodity codes reviews, ensuring data integrity.
• Ability to prioritize workload and works with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
• Demonstrates advanced to expert level in Excel. Pivot tables, SAP, etc
