Vaziri Law Group is a leading Personal Injury Litigation Firm, dedicated to protecting the rights of accident victims through aggressive litigation and strong negotiation.

We are a dynamic team seeking a Litigation Law Clerk to join our firm, working under direct supervision of a seasoned trial attorney.

The ideal candidate is a 2nd or 3rd year law student or recent law school graduate who would serve as a trial law clerk.

The firm offers a comprehensive compensation package and benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) plans.

Essential Duties and Required Experience:

• Prepare discovery motions and meet and confer correspondence.
• Prepare motions in limine.
• Prepare trial briefs.
• Prepare summary judgment motions and oppositions.
• Preferred top 100 law school with desire to take CA bar exam.
• Successful candidates will also be considered for associate position upon successful passage of California State Bar Exam and satisfactory completion of law clerkship.
