Job Overview

As a skilled maintenance technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various systems within our campus. This includes HVAC/Refrigeration systems, electrical installations, plumbing systems, sound systems, A/V equipment and voice and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical components of HVAC/R systems.
• Install, maintain and repair lighting, electrical outlets and circuit breakers.
• Set-up A/V equipment and/or lighting for events.
• Maintain and repair commercial kitchen equipment and appliances.

Requirements

• Training and knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to bend, cut and install conduit.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail with ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans and manuals.
• Excellent customer service skills with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in a similar role.

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Universal EPA Refrigeration Certificate.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; be able to push, pull, carry or maneuver heavier items (with assistance or appropriate devices); carry ladders; work from heights; work in small crawl spaces.
