Job Title:

HVAC Technician – Commercial

We are seeking an experienced commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of installing, inspecting, repairing, and maintaining heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, inspect, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system issues.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with office staff, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years apprenticeship experience and 4-10 years field commercial work experience.
• Certification through the EPA to handle refrigerants is required.
• Certifications/license, trade school, and/or associate degree from an HVAC program at a technical school are required.
• Previous on-the-job training with Liebert, Stultz, Trane, Carrier, Dakin is a plus.
• Strong mechanical abilities, repair, and troubleshooting skills are essential.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex HVAC issues to customers in a clear and concise manner.
• Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills are necessary.
• Willingness to work extra hours, put in 110% effort when needed, and maintain a high quality of work standard.
• Able to manage oneself with minimal supervision.
• Valid state driver's license and clean driving record are required.
• Punctual and able to adhere to a daily changing schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
