Job Description for Travel Nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry

We are seeking a skilled travel nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a Med Surg / Telemetry setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to patients with various medical conditions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer medications, perform lab tests, and conduct vitals as needed.
• Monitor and maintain accurate patient records and reports.

Requirements:

• Current RN licensure and active certification in Med Surg / Telemetry.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
• Ability to work 36 hours per week, including 12-hour shifts, days.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
