Job Title: Travel Nurse RN Long Term Care

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a travel nurse in Long Term Care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care in a long-term care setting
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Assess and evaluate patient needs, identifying opportunities for improvement
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• RN licensure in good standing
• 1+ year of experience in Long Term Care
• Ability to work 36 hours/week, 8 hour shifts, nights
• Travel nursing experience a plus
