The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our consumer marketing team to help deliver on our mission for the 1 billion professionals on LinkedIn.As the Senior Product Marketing Manager for Feed & Consumer Engagement, you will be responsible for shaping the product strategy and messaging for the core consumer content experience. This role is instrumental in driving engagement with members by ensuring that the Feed delivers relevant, timely content to users. You will play a crucial role in defining the future vision and product roadmap for the Feed and collaborating with partners across product management, design, engineering, market research, marketing, and communications.Responsibilities:Shape the vision for LinkedIn Feed through member insights and partnership with product management and design teamsDrive research and competitive analysis to inform the development of new features and messaging across the core LinkedIn consumer experienceDevelop messaging and effective go-to-market plans for new launches, including positioning, messaging, and channel strategiesRegularly communicate product updates with LinkedIn members, translating technical information into compelling narrativesServe as a subject matter expert on the consumer app space and evangelize learnings throughout the organizationTrack and measure impact of marketing experiments and initiatives on core metricsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:BA/BS degree or equivalent experience7+ years of marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications:3+ years of product marketing experience3+ years of experience marketing consumer-facing digital products and content experiencesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely distill complex technical information into digestible, compelling narratives to effectively present ideas.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate many types of personalities and to establish cross-functional partnerships across the organization.A consistent, demonstrated track record of influencing product strategies and launching experiences that drive material business impact.Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impactData-driven mindset and ability to leverage insights to drive decisions, prioritize objectives and optimize strategies for messaging, positioning and audience targeting.Suggested Skills:Market Research and Customer InsightsCustomer MessagingStakeholder influenceLinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this role is $121,000-$188,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
