$150,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yrOur client, a technology start-up, is seeking an incredible Executive Assistant to support the CEO and CTO. This role will entail core high-touch and strategic Executive Assistant tasks including extensive travel arrangements, calendar/scheduling management, meeting logistics, assisting with presentations, serving as a gatekeeper, and ad hoc projects. This is a full-time, onsite position located in Palo Alto.What you’ll do:Support the CEO, CTO, and other members of the team on a broad range of administrative issues, including calendar management, email communications, travel and executive itineraries, and special projectsArrange extensive and complex domestic and global travel, including air/ground transportation as well as itinerary and expensesOrganize various contact information, client records, data, and reporting; keeping lists and data sets up to date and accurateManage meeting logistics, assisting with presentations and materialsAbility to step in to support as the team grows, assisting with operations and processesComplete additional tasks and projects as needed, maintaining knowledge of broader business goals/objectivesWhat you’ll bring:4-7 years of administrative experience as an Executive AssistantExperience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environmentBachelor’s degree is preferredDriven to maintain the highest standard of support, able to hit the ground running.Excellent problem-solving and time management, comfortable with compartmentalizing pressing deadlinesStart-up experience preferredOutstanding written and oral communication skills with ability to communicate professionally and diplomatically across both internal and external contactsExcellent attentiveness to details, ready to assist the CEO/CTO as strategic thought partner and gatekeeperWe will consider qualified candidates with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Seniority level
