*Requirements for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:*
* *Certified Nurse Practitioner*
* *BLS certification required*
* Experience in *cardiology patient care and stress testing* preferred
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

*Key Responsibilities for a Cardiology Nurse Practitioner:*
* Perform *consults, rounding, and device interrogations*
* Write notes and manage *patient follow-ups*
* Proctor *stress tests* and generate *preliminary reports*
* Notify providers and patients of *abnormal results*
* Handle *prescription refills, patient calls, and orders*
* Assist RNs in managing *warfarin therapy for abnormal INRs*
* Utilize *Epic EMR* for documentation
