* Licensed Vocational Nurse
* Location: Lubbock, TX
* Facility Type: Behavioral Health Services
* Pay Rate: $40 per hour
* Shift/Hours: 8 hours | Day or Evenings



*Requirements:*
* Valid Texas Single State Licensed or Compact State License
* Must have 1 year of LVN experience
* Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required
* (Include other relevant information)

*Responsibilities*
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
* Monitor patients’ vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
* Assist with medical imaging procedures and ensure proper patient preparation.
* Support patients with activities of daily living in home care or clinic settings.
* Document patient information accurately using medical terminology.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
* Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
