*Job Description:*

*A facility in Glens Falls, NY is looking for a Med Surg (MS) nurse. New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse (RN) license and Basic Life Support (BLS) and ACLS is required. Minimum 2 years of Med Surg experience required. Travel experience required.*

*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, emotional, and psychological conditions.*
* *Monitor vital signs, detect changes, and report abnormalities to the healthcare team.*
* *Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients, adjusting them as necessary based on changes in condition.*
* *The administrator prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.*
* *Perform routine and specialized medical procedures, such as wound care, IV insertions, and catheterizations.*

*Required Qualifications:*
* *New York State (NYS) Registered Nurse (RN) License*
* *Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification*
* *ACLS Certification*
* *Minimum of 2 years of current nursing experience in Med Surg.*
