*About the Job*:
A Facility is seeking a dedicated *Oncology Registered Nurse (RN)* to join our team for a *13-week contract* in our Care Lane location. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced oncology nurses looking to work in a supportive, dynamic, and patient-centered environment. Some travel to our Malta location may be required.

*Key Responsibilities*:
* Administer outpatient oncology infusions
* Perform peripheral IV insertions and port access
* Use EPIC software to document patient care
* Ensure patient safety and provide compassionate care throughout the treatment process
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes

*Requirements*:
* Minimum *2 years of Oncology Nursing experience*
* Proficient in *Peripheral IV Insertions* and *Port Access*
* Experience with *Outpatient Oncology Infusions*
* *EPIC* experience required
* *BLS* and *IV certifications* required
* RN License of *NY*
* *ONS Chemo Administration Certification* or *OCN Certification* required
* Must be able to travel between Glens Falls and Malta locations
